I ordered an item from a garden company (100s of miles from my home), and had no idea who they'd use as a courier. It turned out to be Parcel Force's express delivery service. Not an issue. However, I work ALL DAY like a lot of people who order stuff online. It would appear that PF expect you to wait in for your parcel to arrive rather than go to work. If that's not bad enough, the courier couldn't write properly so I couldn't read the card. To top it all, when I did finally figure out the details, I went online to change the delivery date to a Saturday: £12.00? Excuse me? The cheapest option was at a post office - and I still had to pay. Mr CEO, you have already been paid by the company I bought the item from. Stop being greedy and taking advantage of people who go to work! I don't consider you to be an ethical company, and in future I will check who the courier is before I buy. Needless to say, I will be informing the seller of my experience.
