Would give -0* if that was possible. Paid for expedited delivery choosing the 1 day global express, UK to USA, paid a premium and the parcel is no where to be seen over a week later! Terrible tracking system, can't reach any customer help. Wish I would have checked all of the 1* reviews on Trust Pilot before using Parcel Forces terrible and expensive service! #avoid
