When Parcel Force mess up, which they do pretty much 100% of the time and you need to contact them good luck. You end up in a recorded message hell, a maze from which there is no escape and the elusive goal of speaking to an actual human is virtually impossible. Instead you get an endless series of dead ends where an incredibly condescending recorded voice talks incredibly S-L-O-W-L-Y as if you are a tiny child. It's a truly unpleasant and infuriating experience. As for delivering parcels, they're nearly always multiple days late and promised delivery days are missed. They're truly the worst delivery company in the UK and I would suggest you avoid them at all costs.
