Absolute disgrace. Posted envelope from Australia to POBox in the UK. Very important documents. However for my envelope to arrive in the UK in the hands of Parcel force.
Parcel force look at the address ; it’s a PO Box oh ‘actually’ we don’t deliver to POBoxs. Return to sender.
Posted on the 7th July 2021 . Posted this review on the 20th August and still hasn’t even been returned. . Furious beyond words . No not ever use Parcel force . Utter disgrace
