24 hour delivery took 6 days to arrive. We were advised of a delay of one day with no explanation. We left a note on the door saying to put in our 'safe place but this was ignored and taken to local PO. The card left in the letterbox shows an option of leaving in a safe place but PO said this is not allowed.
Seems to me that if they are to stay in business they need to wake up and take a bit of care in what they're doing.
