I needed to send a document overseas, and it had to arrive by today (Tuesday). So I spoke with the Parcel Force rep at the post office last Friday morning, and they assured me that if I paid for the priciest expensive option (well over £60), the document would definitely arrive on time, seeing how there would be three working days (Friday, Saturday, and Monday) to process the delivery.
But upon tracking the documents today, it appears to have JUST arrived at the destination country, which means it hasn't been delivered. I called Parcel Force customer service, and they weren't very helpful or polite, only saying that the documents would be delivered at a later time (not very specific)...
