Parcel Force are currently mis-selling a commercial service. Their EuroPriority service, delivered together with GLS, is supposed to be a tracked service with transit times of 1-3 days. For a short time we tried to use this, but it has taken as long as three weeks for them to succeed in delivering. The average is around 12-15 working days. We have refunded many customers, our customer services department has been run ragged with understandably angry customers. They try to hide when you approach them about this, and divert you to GLS, who direct you back to Parcel Force. It is about as clear a case of mis-selling as I have encountered. One lie they use is that the delays are due to the introduction of IOSS: were this true, we'd have seen the same issues with other couriers - we have not.
I strongly advise you to avoid this dishonest and incompetent company.
