Parcel sent to an eBay pick up point and rejected as oversized apparently!
Trying to arrange redelivery via the Parcel force automated system is painful, no confirmation that redelivery has been accepted?
According to the automated system you should receive a call to take payment for redelivery, no call and no way of checking that redelivery has been accepted?
I'm expecting this parcel will now get lost in the system. Not impressed at all!
