Sent a package from Australia to the UK. Parcelforce didn't send the custom charges letter to the addressee, on two separate occasions. As a result the package has been sent back to Australia where I'll likely have to pay custom charges to retrieve it.
If they just need payment of the custom charges why not contact people via email/mobile. It's 2021.
The package has been half way round the world and back again, but Parcelforce can't even deliver a letter within the UK.
