If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely atrocious. If I knew a company would be delivering via Parcelforce, I wouldn’t order. First time they claimed they couldn’t find my address and I had to find all of this out by locating the tracking number as absolutely no information was received via text email or app, nothing. My house has been here since 1927! Second time they are now claiming my parcel has been delivered and collected by me and I have received nothing. No card through the door, no parcel. No text message and no information given.. So now I’m going to have to go through the rigmarole again of contacting them and finding out where on earth they have delivered it to etc. The supplier I ordered is no better claiming someone else in my house collected it for me but I live on my own! Avoid at all costs.
