My mum sent me a package from Australia in time for Christmas. She paid extra for express delivery. It had now been 4 WEEKS! My mum had been tracking it on her side and it was apparently waiting for delivery and had cleared customs. She asks me if I can contact them from my side, so I did. Just to be told that it is now on its way back to Australia because the customs payment wasn’t paid?? I said I was never informed or receive any statement about a payment, and her response was “yeah, sorry”. What an absolute joke.
