Paid for next day delivery with instructions to leave in porch if no reply. Missed delivery, and card posted through letterbox saying will attempt following day. Next day I left signed note on door to leave in porch. Did not follow instructions and left card saying returned to depot.
Drove to depot following day to collect parcel and informed staff member about driver not following instructions ( even though no signature was required) basically told me he couldn't do anything about it, and had no way of finding out who driver was!
