Parcel Force is famous for incompetent and unreliable around this area. I am expecting a very important parcel and need it urgently. They texted be the slot the parcel will be delivered. I therefore sat right in the reception for two hours expecting the driver to come. The driver never turned up and no note was left whereas the SMS from them states that a note was left notifying me what to do next. Their incompetency costs their customers and themselves. Absolutely ridiculous.
