Left a note on front door in giant capital letters "Please leave large parcels in back garden" yet the courier completely ignored this and ran off... To make matters worse my parcel that was supposed to be delivered to Stevenage has been returned to depot in Hatfield when he could of at least leave it at local post office. The worst part is since this is a holiday week there are no deliveries until January which now makes the whole process much longer when all this could have been easily avoided if their couriers could be provided with basic tutoring on "how to read" at the very least...
