I sent a parcel to US through the Post Office who used Parcelforce. No update of the Tracking details in the past, I called twice. First call they said they made an error so fedex rejected the package. Today they tell me I have to call FedEx and they cannot help any more. This is the 2nd bad experience i have had with parcelforce. I hope i do not have to use them again.
