No one knows where my item is. Turned up late and when I was not in having given up hope. Next day, it wasn't rescanned for delivery, the depot would not answer when transferred to, and no one could contact the driver. I paid a premium for delivery but instead I got an 8 hour window of maybe delivery, no warning before delivery, no weekend or after hours option, and lack of process around tracking, and they lost my package. In future, if I see a vendor using ParcelForce for delivery, I will not buy.
Poor all around and in every facet.
