They came at 7.20 am. We were all in bed asleep!
They left a card saying that it could be picked up at a local post office - Baginton! This is not the the most local post office,and very inconvenient.
Now I have to arrange a re-delivery and be awake by 7.00 am on Monday - a 5 day wait!
Your service is very very poor!
