Mothers day gift - picked up ok on the Wednesday 23rd March for a Friday 25th.
Tracked parcel & it was sent to wrong depot - London Derry instead of Belfast.
As they dont do Saturday deliveries it now wont be delivered until monday - hopefully as there is no further info, no contact tel No or email address.
Pretty crappy service DO NOT USE PARCEL FORCE!!
