So do something about agents/contractors or whoever. **Your latest practice of requiring date of birth before handing over a parcel is the most concerning**. So man says its for security before he can hand over parcels. Most delivery people take a photo to prove delivery so why would a householder's dob be better. To prove a point I gave a bogus dob and the parcel was handed over. He doesn't take photo's, his passing words.
