First parcel label worked second label for second parcel not working,which meant taking this 14kg box back home. To recover the refund for delivery was the first mission. Now where's my first parcel... After 2 weeks they cannot find the 11kg parcel. Messages back n forth. Nobody wants to call and have a telephone conversation. Which means you spend your time sending messages and getting replies my different agents. Most of them very unhelpful going round in circles. Meanwhile the parcel that was refused was successfully resent with royal mail arriving in just 4 days....
