We have never had a problem with delivery, everything is delivered on time and in good condition. Until now, the package has not been able to reach my client for 6 weeks, in the meantime it returned to us to the warehouse, because there were 3 delivery attempts and my client did not have any confirmation of this at home (no photos, no notice left ... nothing), we tried to talk to him, he says that he was always waiting for this package. We were able to arrange the next delivery without any problems as part of the complaint. Very good contact with customer service. It gives 5 stars. Do not want this one unfortunate event to destroy the entire cooperation. I hope this package finally arrives.
