TERRIBLE, really really terrible. I have waited over two weeks now for a next day service within the UK, delivery of my passport from an embassy. I have called each day. The latest was that "they are short of drivers and if the driver can't be bothered, there's not much they can do about it." Then today they said the order was cancelled by me, it was not cancelled by me, they just couldn't be bothered.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this bunch, they are awful.
