Absolute rubbish.i took a set of horse clippers for repair to post office 30th November and paid for the 48 hr delivery,I rang the recipient 9th December and they hadn't arrived,so I tracked it which said collected from customer and in Ipswich depot. I then rang parcel force on 10th December as it was still saying collected from customer in Ipswich depot then collected from post office ,and they said they would try and locate them and she would ring me back,I rang again 14 December as they hadn't rang ( on the tracker it was now saying collected from post office 10th December ??. They are now saying they've lost them.how can you lose them they're a tool box size not a pen !!! Never use them again,I'll use a courier
