This collection has been a farce from start to finish. I had arranged and paid for this box to be collected between 9-5 Thursday 17th December. The driver turned up and said he had no room on his van for the box. (Baring in mind I paid extra for a large box courier service and gave all weight and dimensions when booking it). The driver left and said he would return for it later, leaving no card or time details or anything. He did not return. Many phone calls ensued speaking to various people at the Milton Keynes office and nobody could find the consignment number anywhere on their system. I was promised many calls from managers over the following days and I am yet to speak to one about this still. I have sent many emails complaining and received an apology email, which was laughable! No help offered what so ever. For some unknown reason the driver then decided he felt like collecting the parcel again on Friday evening, over 24 hours after it was scheduled to be collected. Luckily the people were home and able to hand the box over. A receipt was given to them from the driver, which has been emailed to me as proof of collection. Hoorah I thought at last it is on its way. I called the Milton Keynes office for an update and to see when I would get my parcel (guaranteed within 48 hours!!!) and oh we are back to square one and the consignment number is still not on their system. Nobody can tell me where my package is, it has vanished. After another frustrating phone call and receiving no information of the whereabouts of my parcel I am now pointed in the claim direction. Hopefully this will not be met with the same resistance I've had for the last few days and will be dealt with efficiently, unlike your packages. I decided to use parcel force as I thought they were an efficient, well run business, but all I have witnessed is incompetence at its best.
