They leave your stuff with random neighbours (we gave no instructions for them to do so), then, when said neighbours refuse to open the door to you and basically steal your stuff they say it's not their problem!
Apparently as long as someone (not the addressee) signed for the parcel they wash their hands of it. Will be careful from now on to never shop with any seller who uses Parcelforce. Avoid at all costs, especially your own sanity - customer service is appaling.
