Everytime i use parcelforce i seem to have problems. Everything from lost parcels to damaged parcels. Today i waited in for a delivery only for them to try and deliver my parcel to completely the wrong house. I get a message saying delivery attempted but failed, follow instructions on the card, which is now also at the wrong address btw. Now i have to go through the rigmarole of trying to find out where the delivery was attempted so i can get the card in order to find out where my parcel is and pick it up. Absolute joke of a company with drivers who can't read an address properly.
