I was very impressed with the service I had from parcelforce today, I ordered my daughters birthday present to be delivered in 2 days, they said they would make sure it would b here in time so I was hopeful. On the day I had to pop out and of course I missed when they called, I was so disappointed when I saw the calling card, then later that day the parcelforce man had come back to see if I was in and I was and over the moon that he thought I will just chance it again and I'm so grateful for him as it made my daughters day that her present was here on time. So I would like to thank the driver for trying again and he didn't have to.
