We had a radiator for a Classic Car, broken down on the Scottish 500 in Tongue, sent next day to Wick from Fife on Thursday. Couldn’t guarantee delivery until Monday so attempted to collect it from Inverness. Jobsworth refused to let us do that as person not present but FaceTime possible and driving licence ID also available. Hopeless, intransigent service.
