Parcelforce used to be good until they were privatised, now they are as bad as yodel.
I ordered a shipment of books two weeks ago, they should have been delivered within a couple of days but the first order was damage to the point that they couldn't attempt a delivery. The retailer sent a second shipment, one out of the three packages has arrived (damaged) by the other two are missing.
Terrible, terrible service.
Well done Osbourne for ruining a once good service with privatisation! Great job!
