Paid custom charges and picked a Monday delivery, stayed in all Monday. Nothing. Phoned Parcelforce to make sure everything OK and made a re delivery for the following Monday. Only day in all day. Was issued with a reference no for the delivery change. On the Wednesday when I got home a card was left to say not in and was left with a neighbour up the street. How do they not understand when you schedule a delivery for a day you will be there they don't understand
