They say they tried to deliver twice. Twice no "we missed you" notes were left anywhere. Called them but never get through. Arranged re-delivery online anyway, but it never came. Checked with them and they said "Now that you mentioned we can see you had arranged re-delivery. We didn't notice it and sent it back to the original oversea sender." I cannot understand exactly what service we are paying for.
