Rubbish company. Was expecting a parcel, waited in all day. The parcel didn't turn up in the time slot.
Their excuse? The driver wasn't on his regular route and couldn't find the address. Pathetic. Shouldn't have a job as a delivery driver then.
I did tell Parcelforce it wasn't good enough but they didn't comment
