Absolutely awful! Paid for next day delivery as needed order urgently. After waiting in all day the parcel failed to come, I rang customer services and their reply was: 'our policy is 2-3 days at the least, next time order earlier'. Well thank you very much parcel force for your lack of service! I will ensure to use a different service from now on!
