Large parcel (bike) was due to be delivered today. Tracking states that delivery attempted at 9:32am but no one buzzed flat or left a card with further information (and no pre-delivery text message received). Impossible to reach a human via telephone, so had to contact Parcelforce via Twitter. Eventually an agent informed me (early afternoon) that the driver had been contacted and asked to return to attempt delivery. Now, it appears my parcel was returned to the East London depot at 4:11pm. Considering the depot is a 15-minutes drive from my home, it’s clear that little/no effort was made to return to attempt delivery. I must now wait until 3 January, because their driver failed to actually visit my home to attempt delivery in the first place. Clearly the driver(s) and/or company are incompetent. Recommend DO NOT USE.
