i booked a parcel delivery , it was picked up and delivered , two weeks later i received a " surcharge " invoice with no explanation as to why , when i inquired about it i was informed that the item was " incorrectly " packed , upon further investigation it seems that the item needs to be in a " cardboard box " to be processed " through the system " , my shipment was indeed a cardboard box but i had due to lack of information wrapped the cardboard box containing the item in black wrap , this effort on my behalf to protect the goods and packaging somehow STOPS the item being processed through their automatic system so further charges are incurred due to the item being " mechanically handled " by a human being . If this is the case why did the collection driver accept the delivery and why did your booking system not inform me of the said restriction ???????
