Paid premium for collection and delivery. Spent whole day waiting for collection.. no attempt made by Parcel force Still no collection 24hr later. Call help desk for assistance.. was told i can drop it at post office (but I've paid for it to be collected for that very reason.. to be collected). They said they can't promise it will be collected today either.. but the next day probably (that would be 48hrs after it was supposed to be collected) Zero notification of non attendance or delays.. no attempt to apease customer.. just go to a post office JOKE. Ps. Their service cost almost £20 for a small parcel.. they were quick enough to take the cash, just not the parcel. AVOID
