dont understand how they still alive and still operating, i sent 4 items, 3 out of 4 came destroyed, thats 75% of items destroyed, im impressed honestly, they that bad that is next level..., i sent like 200 parcels between evri and dpd and only 1 has dissapeared and thats it, i dont know what they do with the parcels throw from second floor to the ground??.. might be, as my parcels are very well packed, contains fragile tape all around and by small throws no way anything might be affected, im dissapointed, angry and i really hope they bankrupt and people wouldnt use them, its a shame companies like that operate in UK..
