Three times in three weeks the same driver has lied about trying to deliver Parcels to me. On Monday he was due to pick up a parcel from me. At 4;21 he said he’d tried but no answer. I was tracking him on the app, he was 10 miles away. I had to take it to the depot. On Thursday the same driver reported he couldn’t find the address. Didn’t he claim he’d, been here on Monday? Checked the app and he was 8 miles away parked in a lay-by. So another lie. Spoke to customer services and they apologised and said they’d get the manager to phone. You guessed it, no call. Proberly couldn’t locate a phone. Still haven’t got delivery and I’ll wait until it is returned to sender and get a refund. Avoid Parcelforce if you can, and particularly the Coventry depot.
