I have been a Parcelforce account customer for 5 years. There's something SERIOUSLY gone wrong with this business. I can't get to the bottom of just what but seems as if all departments have undergone some transformation that has degraded the service provided. Account management is none existent, replaced with being fobbed off with excuses and then ignored. One department doesn't know what the other is doing and they do not operate under their own terms and conditions. I warn anyone who books to send their parcels out under trading agreement to keep a check on what you are being charged otherwise sending through Parcelforce is going to cost you money so you cant run a competitive business. Honestly I know. And don't even get me started on them damaging and losing your goods. Account management are not worth their own job title
