Their customs process is flawed. Currently trying to pay what i owe BUT i have to wait for a letter to be delivered from Parcelforce first, so i can call them and tell them the number on the letter that they sent. I'm just praying that it is not up to Parcelforce to deliver this letter, to be honest i am slightly worried at their ability to post it..... I could write loads of complaints about waiting in all day only to be told that i was not in. Or having a parcel left on my doorstep only to have it taken. I have been avoiding PF but now they're partnering with other companies so you don't know they'll be doing the last mile, probably the only business move open to a failing and incompetent organisation
