Delivery booked for Thursday. Told it was to be between 17.11 and 18.11. When I tracked it the map showed driver was just along the road from us - but it never arrived! Tried to talk to customer service TWICE but couldn't get through. Now of course it's gone back to depot and hopefully will be delivered today! We wait in hope. What a service!!!
