DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are totally incompetent. As with the other reviewers they say they attempt delivery but instead just shove a card through the letterbox saying 'we missed you'. I was in all day. When i requested a specific day to be delivered that i was going to be in they instead tried to deliver it the day before. I wasn't in. Now it's gone back to the depot for me to pick up as they won't deliver anymore. The depot is 30 miles away! Not only that but when i tried to get them to leave it in a safe place i couldn't do that because you have to register and the website and app were down!!!!! Please steer well clear of this company. They are lacking in any ability to carry out their job.
