Awful service - paid for tracked 24 hr service which arrived 4 days late damaged and broken by Parcelforce. Because this was glass they are stating that this is excluded in their compensation which is not mentioned anywhere in help & advice only when there has been an issue and they have broken glass and damaged a frame as a result .
