I’ve been waiting for my parcel (200£) for 7 days and it was finally delivered today.
But there was neither a call not a email notice saying what day it is coming.
I expected it to be 27 of April and indeed they tried but failed to deliver it, although I was at home!
And they now offering to pick it up at the post office paying 1£ for it, although they should not be charging anything for it was their fault!
So now anyone should pay 1£ for your greatest service, for not getting job done, nice business guys!
You seem to not know your job at all!
And you didn’t even care to send an email!
Now I don’t have any chance to pick it as I’m leaving the country for 2 months.
Thank you very much for this trouble, for ruined mood, that’s the sh*ttiest company I could possibly imagine!
