This is by far the worse company for service. It is impossible to get any help or very near impossible to speak to a human. When you do finally talk to someone, they can only read to you what they and you see on the screen. Our local depot "Newport" is a shambles. Take a look at the following NEXT DAY delivery. It’s now the 9th of July, they have even stopped updating the tracking!
