Arsel Force I have nothing good to say about this company. The drivers are lazy and, on the occasions they do actually bother to walk down the drive, they don't bother to fill in the cards correctly. Need something redirecting? Pretty difficult WITHOUT A CODE. You cannot speak to a human at any point either. A quick conversation, probably just a single sentence would clear it all up and save them constantly driving to a home when no-one is going to be in. But no, they'd rather "save money", make you speak to a robot that knows nothing and repeatedly drive to an empty home - Obviously these idiots aren't into helping the environment!
