Ordered a wedding gift on 30th June with Parcelforce 48 hour service, yeh right!! The parcel was sat in their hub for days, I contacted them on several occasions never got to speak to a human, was told it was being processed, then on 6 July had an email saying the parcel was out for delivery and I would receive it between 7am to 6pm that day!! nah never arrived, when I checked their website app said it had gone back into their depot??? days later after endless calls and emails, was told there was an issue at their North London depot and that my parcel will arrive once sorted!! almost 2 weeks later no parcel, still saying in depot, on a final call was told yesterday they are now doing a 'SEARCH' for my £125 parcel!!! I will be putting in a claim and will not be using Parcelforce ever, and advice anyone not to either. THIS HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED see other reviews.......
