Paid for the Parcelforce 48 "express" service on Saturday, it's now Tuesday evening and they have only recently today updated the tracking to say it's on the way to their depot...
Not a good look if you are selling things as it can make you look like a liar. Before this update it just had a message saying the tracking number wasn't found, just as if I had made it up.
It's pretty frustrating that the post office have this as their highest end delivery option and also don't really make it clear they are using a 3rd party(I heard their staff discussing it as the person serving me needed help)
I'd just pay more and use DPD for anything valuable next time.
