Please review your star rating system. One should be able to choose ZERO stars. Used them a number of times, every time had to deal with their abysmal service: They say they will deliver your parcel at an arbitrary time of the day and to my knowledge I never received any delivery from them within the time window they promised. Let's put that down to random events slowing them down. Every single time. I received a text or email saying they didn't find anyone home, when my housemate and me were around the house and had the FRONT DOOR open all day. Liars! I am yet again waiting on one of their parcels as I write. Was down to arrive 3 days ago, paid for 4 days ago for a 24hr delivery. Useless! If you have a choice please use LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. Problems arise when international sellers, or stores you buy from online use Parcel Useless, and it creates an unavoidable string of headaches, in which case, GOOD LUCK!
