absolutely awful , trying to redirect a parcel over the phone is ridiculous because your call goes to any random depot . Then they leave a note on the system which never gets to the depot and they continue putting cards through my door. so I did it on line ....3 days passed no delivery eventually after 9 phone calls I speak to the actual depot who have received no info and in the guys own words 'its just sitting here waiting' ! about 2 and a half hours round trip !...whats the point in a delivery service ! so I gave him the new address , he told me its another 5 pounds fifty but he couldn't take the money and would call me back .........guess the rest !!! I will never use a supplier that uses parcel force again .
